Tuna Crispy Rice at The Butcher’s Block

I cannot think of a single crazier month in my life, and the food I ate followed each ebb and flow. I was on a wedding diet while also cramming in as many great meals as possible. There were streaks of clean home cooking as well as consecutive days of fast food and fried food. We got married at one of the state’s best restaurants largely in part because of the food. We were in Spain on our honeymoon enjoying the best local ingredients and fresh seafood. We returned to some old favorites and checked a few new places off our list. And yet I also feel like I passed up on so many amazing meals because of our wedding and honeymoon. Allow me to explain…
