Okay.  Last night’s Game of Thrones episode was incredible.  It was somewhat predictable, but in a good way.  It was about time Good defeated Evil.  It was a rare time in GoT history in that I could tell you how it was going to end.  But it was still incredibly done by the producers.  By far it was the best battle scene they’ve had.  Word is that it took them upwards of 80 hours to film it.  The goriness was taken to a new level.  Bodies and horses just piling up on one another.  And when Jon and Tormund were about to suffocate underneath the stampede, I needed my inhaler.  I’ve never seen a character quite as twisted and malicious as Ramsay Bolton.  And while he was great for the show, watching his own dogs turn against him in a perfect twist of irony was the icing on the cake of a GREAT episode of television.  Great character, GREAT villain, but fuck him.

But Rickon Stark’s performance was piss poor.  Kid had a chance to survive if he could avoid 4 or 5 arrows being shot from increasing distance.  Here’s what Rickon Stark did:

Here’s what Rickon should have done:

Rickon2

Rule number one when trying to evade objects being launched at your from afar: change direction.  Kinda knew he was gonna die anyway, but he didn’t do himself any favors.  Grow up, Rickon.  What else is there to say?  Kid blew it.  He had a chance to live and he quite literally ran straight into death’s door.

Also, he looks like Lil Dicky.
